Interlocking circles

The undersides of the "skybridges" (not sure if there's a better word for the little connectors between the two sides of the upper level) are lined with neon circles in the same blue and white color scheme used throughout the mall. And as you can kind of see from this picture, the floor on the bridges is glass block (or maybe fake glass block -- it looks weird from below, but I couldn't figure out what it actually was), meaning that the neon is visible from the upper level too!
