With most of this mall stuck in the 90s, it's interesting to see the somewhat modern furniture in the court area here! I've never exactly been a fan of that style of chair, though -- chairs are much more comfortable with arms. One thing I certainly do like is the illuminated mini-directory -- unfortunately, there are only a few of those here, and all on the lower level.
You know, while my initial thought is that chairs with arms are more comfortable, I am reminded that my usual chair at work does not arms and I find it much more comfortable and less constraining than similar office desk chairs with arms! That said, that style of chair that this mall has are not the most relaxing to sit in, but maybe these are more comfortable than other similar looking ones that I've sat in.
ReplyDeleteHmm, interesting! Now that I think of it, I do find chairs without arms to be comfortable in some situations, like when you're at a desk or table that you can rest your arms on, but I'm not a fan of them on their own like this.
