Westlake Center, in the sky

At the far end of the hallway is a steep staircase up to the second floor of Westlake Center, indicated by the sign on the beam way overhead (which seems to indicate that perhaps this area isn't considered part of the mall... but they have their sign on the outside too, so I don't know).
