I talked about the "Bulk" sign way back at the start of this set; now it's time for a view of the department itself! This store had already switched back to selling actual bulk foods by last November, along with most if not all QFCs; Safeway seems to have been much slower to do so, though it's been a while since I've been to one of their stores with a proper bulk foods department like this. It's interesting to see the older "live naturally" branding coexisting with the newer "Natural & Organic" category markers here, though I'm unclear whether the "live naturally" tagline has actually been retired.
