One thing that has to be said about the H Mart decor here -- it's way more colorful than the original QFC stuff would have been! Overall, it's far too non-cohesive for me to have really been able to formulate an opinion about it, however. Interestingly, the newer sign calls this the "fresh dairy" department, which is what QFC probably had here; that doesn't appear to be entirely accurate for H Mart, however (or perhaps I'm just confused by the packaging used on the products sold here, which generally aren't what I'm used to seeing at a generic US grocery store!).
