I'm really not sure exactly what elements here are left over from QFC versus added by H Mart, but I believe the latter makes up the vast majority. The Korean text on the walls is obviously new, the various hanging banners are also a H Mart thing, I'm pretty sure (but not 100%) that the English text on the walls is also new, but I'm not sure about the fancy light fixtures; the other ceiling elements (including the weird "racetrack" thing) are definitely a QFC thing (still present in a few stores even after their remodels), so I'm guessing the lights are too (plus, they look a bit old for H Mart to have added them), but I've never seen them in any other QFC, so I'm really not sure.
