The aisle markers for the rest of the store look more like this, with both Korean and English text for most products (though some of them have only English, for some reason). I'm not sure what's up with all of the columns here -- they make it look like this store had an addition at some point, but unless H Mart decided to recreate the QFC decor remnants (possible, but doesn't seem likely) in at least part of this store, it seems that it was all QFC originally.
