In my opinion, the strangest feature of all in this store has to be the 3rd floor restaurant, which is basically just a bar. I already find department store restaurants to be a strange concept, but really, who would want to go to a bar within Nordstrom? I just don't get it. It seems that I'm not alone with that thought, since while the cafe on the top floor was packed, "habitant" (what a weird name... then again, most bars seem to have weird names to me, which is probably because I'm way out of the loop on bar culture) was dead on my visit.
