As is common for Fred Meyers, this store has a very minimal indoor garden section but a large outdoor garden center, with most of the stuff that stores like Walmart would normally keep in the inside part being housed under this canopy. Looking at the exterior up close, it's all too obvious that this store is in desperate need for new paint, with all those rust spots on the metal siding and a large area that seems to have been patched in and never painted to match. I suppose with how insanely slow this remodel was, there's a chance that the store did get repainted eventually, but I haven't found any pictures to show that.
