Unsurprisingly, the clock disappeared with the remodel, leaving just a blank section of wall in its place. At least they installed a new restroom sign (though the old one is still in place and visible just around the corner, something that bizarrely seems to be standard in Safeway Modern remodels), which emphasizes another old-fashioned feature of this store -- the restrooms are in the back room. Also, I have to wonder why they decided to put the Essential Baking bread display over here in the produce department!
