Despite the steep price tag, this is still a very popular restaurant -- even with the rest of the mall dead, and despite the very large size of this restaurant, there were still people waiting outside for a table! Perhaps they were just running short on staff (like basically every business these days), but the kitchen (at least the display portion) looked super busy too.
