Big office

While half of the fourth floor is doing quite well, the other half is made up of two large restaurant spaces, both of which are vacant. Well, I suppose this one isn't exactly vacant -- in a somewhat strange move, the mall has taken it over to be their management office. It appears that the offices were previously in a more logical place on the second floor, which I suspect was removed to make way for a new store that was never completed.
