Leaving the grand entrance behind, we come crashing down to reality -- obvious unfinished construction in the ceilings, temporary construction walls blocking off what were supposed to be retail spaces, and reminders of the pandemic that derailed this mall's plans. But hey, at least there are other people here! This long corridor connecting the new entrance to the main mall space was carved out of various storefront spaces during the remodel, and certainly makes this not feel like the main entrance that they were apparently trying for it to be -- though the effect would surely be better if there were actually businesses in the empty spaces lining it.
