This "Great Indoors" campaign is the most common one present here today, so I'm guessing it's the most recent, probably dating from around when things started reopening after the COVID lockdowns. This part of the building is home to the only remaining exterior-entrance tenant, Chase Bank (which I suspect is not long for the world since they just opened a fancy new branch nearby and have been closing a ton of locations in the Seattle area over the past few years); despite the sign, AT&T is actually inside the mall.
