Stepping inside (the left half)

While HomeGoods' entrance is in about the same place as Albertsons' was, they've redesigned the interior just as thoroughly as Sprouts -- except in the opposite direction. While Sprouts removed the drop ceiling in favor of a wide open design, HomeGoods replaced it with a much lower ceiling. Combined with the high shelving, hanging shelving, and bizarre protruding light fixtures, this store has a rather claustrophobic feel to it -- which is rather bizarre, seeing as HomeGoods intentionally made their store look like this for some reason.
