The cart returns at this store also appear to be reused from some other store -- I'm pretty sure they're from Costco, but I can't seem to find any examples to confirm that. I know I've seen them somewhere else, though. Anyway, it seems like stores used to almost always have this sort of legalese on their cart returns, but you almost never see that these days -- I wonder what changed to make seemingly every retail chain decide that they don't need to use this anymore.
