I'm pretty sure Goodwill is well-known enough nationally that they don't need a real introduction, but they're a large non-profit thrift store chain that tends to reuse old retail buildings, and around here their preference seems to be old grocery stores. (In other areas, it seems like they like old drugstores, but old grocery stores around here are probably around the same size as those drugstores.) As the sign frames clearly show, this one is located in an old Albertsons.
