And to wrap up this set, here's a view of the somewhat retro (but I'm guessing not original) road sign, declaring this to be the Umpqua Shopping Center. Strangely, this sign includes signs for Cash King Liquidators (which closed in 2019) and Video Wave Copy Center (hard to imagine a more 90s name than that! -- and which seems to have closed many years ago, as I can't find a storefront sign for it even in 2012 Street View), yet it lacks signs for two of the long-time, still-open tenants (Reedsport Pharmacy and the other thrift/junk shop).
