Westwood Village is a shopping center in the south end of West Seattle, with QFC and Target as its main tenants (in recent times at least -- I haven't done much research yet to look into its history, but perhaps I will by the time this set is done). It was built as an open-air mall in phases starting in 1966; it doesn't appear to have been planned as a major mall, never seems to have really taken off, and was largely "de-malled" (to borrow and possibly misuse a term I've heard some mall enthusiasts use) in the early 00s, leaving it as a rather awkwardly setup outdoor shopping center.
Oh, and this is going to be quite a long set -- basically 4 store tours in one, with a bit of looking at the shopping center in general in between. Each tour isn't quite long enough to treat as a separate set, though, so I probably won't divide this up further, but I may change my mind on that.
