Those shelf-mounted lights probably made more sense before the remodel

Very little was changed in the packaged bread section during the remodel, with even the shelf-mounted light fixtures remaining in place (these have been removed from most Safeways, either during decor remodels or lighting updates). The liquor department appears to be in front of the bread shelving, where the second row of shelving off to the right starts.
