The road sign has the neighborhood's name on it, which is always a nice touch (and something that Fred Meyer was doing long before Neighborhood Decor!). The sign is quite nice in general, with dimensional letters on a green-painted background (the green was added during the 2019 remodel; it used to be white like Fred Meyer's normal signs).
