Kroger often places these multilingual welcome signs ion odd parts of their stores, but this has to be the weirdest one I've seen -- above a row of checkouts, so that you see it when you're leaving the store! This store has a back entrance off the street, but it was closed at the time of my visit, and looked like it had been out of use for a while -- this seems to be a common thing for Fred Meyers and QFCs with entrances outside of the front end.
