Interestingly, the bakery decor here was placed over the right wall of the alcove, which is shared between the bakery and deli, rather than over the bakery counter itself (on the back alcove wall). I guess they really wanted to have the Safeway-style hanging signs there -- though this also makes it more obvious from the main part of the store that this alcove holds both the deli and the bakery, as the deli counter is much more visible.
