Is this Fred Meyer?

The indoor-outdoor space looks a lot like what most Fred Meyers have (their stores almost never have indoor garden centers), just a lot smaller and somewhat more enclosed. But this is certainly not a real indoor garden center -- the "walls" are actually just some sort of fancy tarps! I have no idea how Walmart decided what to put in here rather than the actual store -- fertilizers and pesticides that I would expect to be separated from the main store are in there, while this section has hand tools and various grilling things that were also inside.
