With the pharmacy being right next to an entrance, the customer service desk is instead in the middle of the front end. Looking into it, it appears that this is actually fairly common, but for whatever reason, I'm used to it being in a corner. Anyway, the decor here is quite nice, but I feel like I've seen very similar customer service decor in a previous Neighborhood Market decor package (though I have no idea where, so I'm not going to waste a ton of time looking for it!), just in green instead of blue.
In front of that is the small pod of four regular checkouts. Oddly, these are numbered 15-18, rather than 1-4 -- I'm not sure if these numbers were just left over when the checkouts were rearranged, or if they're numbered in line with the self checkouts (which don't have posted numbers), or something else.
This is probably the Neighborhood Market decor you were trying to think of, which was a rarer Impact-era variant: https://goo.gl/maps/kXnph3pKVViUVdoF6
