Even the area over by the customer service desk was looking rather sad by this point, with that light-up poster thing hanging out as a reminder of what this store once was. With the upper and lower floors closed down, the remaining for-sale fixtures were scattered around the main level, something that Macy's had largely avoided up to this point (with the obvious exception of the mannequin graveyard).
