I often take photos from the lamp department in Fred Meyers, not just because the lamps can be visually striking, but also because they're typically on partial-height shelving that allows for a somewhat better view of the decor in the background than you'd normally get in Fred Meyer housewares departments. The third and front-most sign on the left side wall is for the garden department, even though all the garden merchandise is on the other side of that wall; that seems to be a fairly common thing for older Fred Meyer decor packages.
