Cafe breakroom

One interesting thing I noticed at all of the Oregon Fred Meyers I visited on this trip is that the cafe seating area (which they probably weren't allowed to use anyway) had been turned into additional breakroom space. It was a bit awkward, though, since the only thing designating it as such was that one sign (and it was much more awkward at one of the other stores I visited, but that's a discussion for another day).

The real reason I took this picture was for the local flair photos on the wall, though I didn't feel like getting closer for a real picture because there were quite a few employees in the deli (and one in the breakroom, hiding behind the sign). I also just noticed the old-fashioned checkout display on the deli register, which is a little bit odd.
