It's nice to see a little local flair here -- including the cool photo of the St Johns Bridge, an angle you wouldn't be able to get today with all of the trees -- but it's also a bit of a mystery! I'm not used to seeing local flair photos used in PF&H or in Safeway's mid-2010s refreshes (which I'm guessing is around the time this store got its repaint), so I have no clue when they were installed. (Local flair photos were fairly common in full Lifestyle v3 remodels around the same time period, so I'm guessing that they were installed at the time of the repaint.)
