Looks like pretty much everything was up to 70% off with a week to go, except for housewares which was still a paltry 40% off. I've often seen people talking about sale signs like this with handwritten modifications -- here, it appears that instead, the employees were just cutting up the signs to mix and match parts! Perhaps whoever was in charge of this tower had horrible handwriting like me 🙂
