Even this store is so small compared to modern stores, it still has a full-size Starbucks kiosk with a good amount of seating (which wasn't even being used here, well before COVID times). Only in the Northwest would you see something like this -- I know that in many parts of the country, even modern, full-size stores frequently don't even have coffee kiosks. In stores of this size, I have to wonder why the grocery chains think it's a great use of space to have a Starbucks kiosk that's not that well used, but it's such a common thing that it must be profitable somehow...
