One weird thing about this store's layout is the cafe seating area, placed right in the middle of the service department island, in a narrow alcove between the deli and bakery. I think I've seen this in a few other Fred Meyers, but it still seems like a strange choice. Of course, due to COVID, this area wasn't in use on either of my visits, being home to assorted promotional displays instead (yum, red vines!).
