Starbucks, turning its back on the store

This store got a new Starbucks kiosk in the remodel (or possibly some other time between my visits... the Starbucks remodels aren't always done at the same time as the Safeway ones, and sometimes aren't done at all). The new design struck me as a little bit strange, facing the secondary entrance with its back turned on the store and cases hemming it in from the sides. (The original layout had its front facing the deli, and still looked a little bit odd with the grab-and-go cases where they are, but not as weird as this in my opinion.) I quite like the effect of the Modern Decor aisle markers receding into the distance!
