To finish up the tour of the main level, here's a look along the split between the two parts of the store, with more of the bowling ball skewers visible in the background. This aisle seems to be a weird catch-all section, with snack foods on the right and what I'm pretty sure is various medicine on the left!
Believe it or not those snack foods are all part of the health department, just like the medicines! They're all protein bars and the like... my dad buys the Quest Bars you can see on the farthest shelf.
ReplyDeleteHuh, that's weird... I've bought things like that in the past, and Safeway keeps them in the food section! I didn't realize that other stores kept them with health and beauty stuff.
DeleteKroger puts them with the food too, but Target has always kept them with health and beauty, in my experience. Walmart does, too. However, certain brands that used to be over there have since been mixed into the food at both chains -- Zone bars come to mind. Not sure why!
