I'm not entirely sure where in the store this was, but my best guess is that it's the right side wall, looking towards the front -- which means this picture is a bit out of place, oops. I know the general consensus is opposed to the grey walls of Target's P17 decor, but when they're used with uplighting like this, I actually kind of like the effect. I do wish the walls weren't so blank, however!
I really don't mind the gray all too much myself, but like you, it's all the blankness on the walls that gets me with P17! At least the prior decor iterations had the neon or other decorations to make the walls seem less blank.

ReplyDeleteYeah, at least the small-format stores have some wall decor and signs, but the full-size ones seem way too blank. That being said, the uplighting helps to some extent compared to P09/P13, and I think I prefer the mix of grey and red to the all-red designs, though I haven't really made up my mind on that yet.
