Frozen Foods

I suspect this is the rarest Safeway department sign out there (in this region), as stores built as Safeways almost never had the frozen department against a wall and Albertsons stores only sometimes did (mostly ones that once had Grocery Palace, though that's a large chunk of the surviving Albertsons and ex-Albertsons stores around here). Despite its rarity, the installers didn't manage to mess this one up the way they did with some of the nearly-universal department signs we saw earlier!
