The upstairs fixture sales area was full of all sorts of random junk, none of which is particularly interesting individually, but it is a weird sight all just thrown together like this! Amusingly, there's a checkout counter buried back in here, seemingly having been pushed against the wall -- and this one still has its computer equipment intact (from what I can see), even while other checkouts that were still accessible had been decommissioned.
Did you look in the filing cabinets to see if there were any interesting retail goodies in there? AFB once found a Randalls Remarkable card (Randalls' version of the Kroger Plus card) in a filing cabinet at the Ft. Pierce, FL Kmart closing sale. How a Texas grocery store discount card store ended up in a filing cabinet of a Kmart in Florida is one of those real retail mysteries, lol.

Hmm... no, I didn't, but maybe I should have! Unfortunately, unlike a Kmart closure, this store was busy enough (and well-staffed enough) every time I visited that I didn't feel super comfortable digging around.
