Empty on the left, cluttered on the right

 

 The basement was a land of contrasts, owing to merchandise that had perhaps been consolidated a bit too much! Of course, all of the empty space down here would soon be filled up with fixtures for sale -- and the few areas with normal merchandise would follow suit not long after, as this level was the primary fixture sales area for almost all of the closing sale.
