Front angle

This seems like as good of a picture to end this set on as any! I hope you've all enjoyed this tour of a tastefully remodeled Marina Safeway, and the long series on my favorite forms of retail architecture.

Since I've been talking about Safeway so much throughout this series, I think it's time to move on to some QFC pictures next week. In the spirit of what happened last week, and since I always think it's fun when you guys do this, I'm going to let you vote on the next QFC I'm going to feature. Here are the choices:

  1. World's smallest QFC
  2. Rare decor follow-up (and new information)
  3. Urban Mix before and after

No allegations of cheating without evidence, please, folks! (See, I can't resist the obvious political jokes right now either! 😉) This will be for my next set starting on Saturday, so I'll take stock of what you have to say at that point.

  1. I vote for whatever looks the least like an ordinary Kroger. I see enough of those in Houston as it is, lol.

    1. Ha! Honestly, I don't think any of the three could be confused for a standard Kroger in your part of the world, from what I've seen. Heck, none of them are even really a standard QFC!

    2. That sounds like they're all potential winners then. Given that, I'm open to whatever else other readers want to see!

  2. I vote for the smallest QFC. Small stores always interest me.

  3. For some reason I'm feeling the world's smallest QFC.

  4. I'm pretty sure you've been wanting to post the world's smallest QFC for a while now, and it's looking like that one will win, so I look forward to seeing it! However... the way you've phrased that rare décor follow-up and new information certainly is tantalizing... :P

    1. Honestly, that one's the least interesting to me out of the three, but with all the usual suspects voting already (not to call the race prematurely!) it certainly appears that that's the winner! (It's not like I don't want to post that one, otherwise I wouldn't have put it as an option, but it wasn't my first choice.) For number two, well, you already know what that one's about!
