Before we go any further, I'd might as well show you the floor plan. I love it when I find these for remodels, since they show you not just the final conditions but also what changed in the remodel (if you zoom in enough, you can see light outlines of the old fixtures). I have decor plans too, but I'll post those later to not spoil some of the surprises.
