And if you thought that was an extraordinarily low ceiling, check out what the actual media aisles look like! I know I gripe about low ceilings a lot, but it's normally for something like this, which is probably something like an 8-10 foot ceiling (I'm very bad at estimating measurements like that) -- somewhere around the height of the ceiling in my apartment, I suspect. This is a different matter -- I'm not quite 6 feet tall, and I felt uncomfortable standing up under those beams, so I'd guess this is about a 6-foot ceiling. I certainly haven't seen anywhere near this low of a ceiling on the actual salesfloor of a store before -- I'd be very interested to see if any of you have seen something comparable!
