Next to the pharmacy was this space, which looked like a portion of the salesfloor that was closed off with temporary walls. That being said, even without the barricades, it looks like this area would have been mostly separated from the main part of the store. This store was supposed to have a RediClinic in it, which I don't recall actually seeing when I was in here... perhaps that's what this is, and it was just very much closed down at the time of my visit. Its outside sign was still in place, though, so who knows...
