Meanwhile, the only major changes that Target made to the outside of this store when they moved in was to add a bunch of Target red accents to the outside. Honestly, that's a big improvement to the incredibly bland grey exterior that this building originally opened with. Also of note, off to the left of the bullseye, the mounts for the City sign are still visible, showing just how cheaply the rebranding was done.
