Wrapping up this batch of elevator nostalgia pictures, the elevators also had a set of 8 light-up directory panels, of which only four were in use (as Macy's cheated and stretched the main floor to two slots).  The basement level is referred to here as M for the "Metro Level", an outdated reference to back when the transit tunnel was the Metro bus tunnel, rather than the Sound Transit light rail tunnel.
