This store, obviously, was built with the original City Target decor, and one prominent element of that package was the giant "hi [city name]" sign inside the entrance. This one was a bit of a miss, though, placed way off over the checkouts. My only guess is that you were supposed to see it from the outside, though I don't think it was particularly prominent in person. It's also interesting to see how this entrance had nearly as many checkouts as a normal Target!
