I'm really not sure what's up with Walmart's obsession with installing specific pieces of new decor in older stores, but the jewelry department sign is another one of those elements. Sadly, it seems like they never choose any particularly nice parts of the Black Decor 2.x packages for that -- other than the color scheme, this sign would be perfectly at home in the cheapest of Cheap Impact decors! But at least this store still has a fairly nice jewelry counter, despite its size.
