The Regal Cinemas here is the newest part of the mall, having opened in 2006 to compliment the "village" strip mall. It's apparently the third movie theater to be built at this mall (though the others weren't on this site, which used to be home to more parking and what I suspect was the Payless Drugs store) -- one was built with the first phase of the mall in 1974 and the second was built in the late 70s with the second phase; I'm not sure where on the site either of them were as I can't see anything obviously movie theater-like on Historic Aerials.
