I suppose this (awful) picture is as good a picture of produce as it is of the floral counter! That floral counter sure looks old-fashioned, with that grey laminate anywhere. This store didn't just get new produce displays, it also has Lifestyle v3-era decor bits (like the crates seen here), which dates the upgrades to the mid 2010s. This is the same stuff that many Washington Safeways got as part of the mid-2010s refresh (which also included new aisle markers, category markers, and other small decor elements), though I don't believe Oregon did those full refreshes at all.
