Checkouts, Fresh Fare style

Surprisingly, this store still has its Fresh Fare register lights intact -- many QFCs are getting modified checkouts these days, including new 2012+ register lights, generally as part of getting additional self checkouts added. Speaking of self checkouts, this store doesn't have any! That's pretty rare for QFC these days, though they don't seem to be in any rush to add them to the few stores that don't have them (they aren't always even added when stores are remodeled), unlike Safeway which recently added self checkouts to almost every store (but still refuses to expand them beyond 6 or so per store).
