Here's a closer look at the meat department sign from a couple pictures back, as well as the very old-fashioned-looking meat cases under it (just look at those maroon accents!). It's interesting how the big meat sign here is over the self-service cases (and some dairy cases even) rather than the actual service meat department. I obviously don't have a ton of data points, but it seems like this might actually be the standard for Pastel Arches.
